Common problems occurring while operating outlook

Outlook error message – If you are getting the ‘cannot send this item’ that means you have the wrong formatting of the message. Or it could be that the format of destination email address is wrong. You should double check the address. To resolve these issues you can choose to correct the email address and for the format of the message, you can switch to plain text in place of HTML.

Cannot open email folder – This is a frequent problem in the outlook. You may have come across this message while operating your account. For this, you have to switch off the compatibility mode to get it working.

OST file corrupted – You may encounter this error while opening your mailbox. The simple fix for this is you have to repair your OST file through a tool.
